Titan Aero is mounted based on the standard NEMA 17 hole pattern, which allows it to be fitted to a wide range of 3D printers, making it straightforward to design custom mounting solutions for your setup. Alternatively, due to fantastic community support, there are many pre-designed mounts available on file-sharing platforms such as thingiverse.com for the most common printers on the market.
By using Titan’s custom engineering and rigorously tested extrusion system, Aero is highly reliable and retains all the smart usability features. It’s a breeze to load and unload filament, manually extrude, adjust idler tension, and clean out debris from the hobb.
The use of Titan’s 3:1 gearing ratio means it perfectly pairs with the compact but powerful motor, making for a lighter weight carriage whilst maintaining reliability and pushing power.
